Copyright & Rights
Last updated: 17 September 2026
The books remain their creators' work. Discovery is not a transfer of rights.
Books, quotations and covers
Authors, translators, publishers, illustrators and other rights holders retain the rights that apply to their material. Identifying a source or showing a book cover does not, by itself, grant permission for every use. The status of a work can depend on its edition, translation and jurisdiction.
LitFever identifies the book and source for an extract and distinguishes the quoted edition from linked products where relevant. A retailer listing or a publisher image is not treated as a universal licence to reuse material. We keep source and use evidence as part of editorial preparation.
LitFever material
Our branding, editorial copy, assembled videos and other original elements may have separate rights. AI-assisted components can have different terms and legal status. No blanket ownership claim is made over a book passage, a third-party cover or material in the public domain.
You may share a link to a LitFever page. For other reuse beyond your existing legal rights, contact hello@litfever.com with the material and intended use. We can only grant permissions we actually hold.
Raise a rights concern
Email hello@litfever.com with the page or post URL, the work and material concerned, your relationship to the rights holder, a contact address and an explanation of the concern. Include supporting information where available; do not send identity documents unless genuinely needed and requested.
We review the material and relevant evidence, seek clarification when needed, and may suspend, correct or remove affected content while resolving a credible concern. A request is not automatically accepted or rejected because it concerns AI-assisted material. Applicable legal rights and procedures remain available to all parties.
