Cookie Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
The LitFever website application does not set cookies or use browser storage to recognise visitors.
What the site uses
- Website cookies: none set by the application.
- Analytics, advertising pixels and fingerprinting: none implemented.
- Local or session storage identifiers: none implemented.
- Book filters: change the current view without saving a personal profile.
- Media and fonts: served as website files. Your browser may cache files and buffer a video to play it.
Why there is no consent banner
The application has no optional tracking feature to switch on. We therefore do not show an empty consent banner. Accessing or storing information on a device generally needs consent under German TDDDG section 25 unless a statutory exception applies, such as what is strictly necessary for a service you request. If optional tracking is added, it must stay inactive until the required consent has been obtained.
Hosting is a separate check
Hosting or security services can change browser-storage behaviour independently of the website code. Their deployed behaviour must match this notice. Technical server logs are described in our Privacy Policy; a cookie-free application does not mean a server receives no data.
After following another website's link
Retailers and social platforms may set cookies when you visit them. A plain link on LitFever does not install their cookies on this page. Their own notices and controls explain their storage and affiliate attribution. LitFever cannot manage those choices for you.
Your browser controls and questions
You can manage website data through your browser settings. Blocking all storage may affect other sites or media features. Report unexpected LitFever storage to hello@litfever.com, with the page address and cookie name if available. Do not send account tokens or cookie values.
